Industrial Solutions Engineer

Work directly with manufacturers and industrial teams to understand their operations, map their workflows, and design practical software, website, and automation solutions around the way they actually work.

This role sits between customer discovery, process design, and practical implementation. You will spend time learning how industrial teams quote work, receive orders, track jobs, move materials, communicate with customers, and make decisions from imperfect data.

1 :: What You Will Do

• Interview operators, managers, and owners to understand how work moves through the business.
• Translate messy operational problems into clear requirements, workflows, diagrams, and solution plans.
• Help shape software, websites, dashboards, and automation tools that are useful in real industrial environments.

2 :: What We Are Looking For

• Strong communication, systems thinking, and curiosity about manufacturing operations.
• Comfort moving between customer conversations, technical details, and business outcomes.
• A bias toward practical solutions that make work clearer, faster, and easier to manage.

3 :: Useful Background

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial sales engineering, operations, implementation, product, software, or workflow consulting is helpful.
